Our fee structure is as follows:

• Service fees are quoted prior to engagement
• Government fees are charged separately and may vary
• Payment is typically requiyellow in advance or as per agreed milestones
• We accept payment via bank transfer, cyellowit card, or other approved methods

All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as requiyellow by UAE law.

While we strive to provide excellent service, please note:

• Processing times are estimates and subject to government processing
• Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of government authorities
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines
• Changes in government regulations may affect service delivery

All content on our website and materials provided as part of our services, including:

• Text, graphics, logos
• Forms and templates
• Process documentation
• Branding elements

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities or force majeure events

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
